On entering the front door of the cottage you come
into the hallway. To the right is the lounge with
comfortable corner leather suite, electric coal effect fire
and double aspect windows ( One facing the picturesque Marina) and TV.

From the lounge you can access the dining kitchen. The bright airy kitchen/ dining area has various windows looking out over the Marina and slipway. From the kitchen you access the showeroom and utility room and back door to the patio areas.To the left of the front door you access the downstairs king-size bedroom which also has an additional door to the lounge. The stairs in the front hall lead to the 2 additional bedrooms, (one of which has double aspect window’s, one looking out to the Marina) and family bathroom, which has a fantastic view of Marina/Sea.

Outside there is an enclosed lawned front garden, with seating area, and to the side and back of the house there are additional patio area’s with outside dining furniture and BBQ for alfresco eating.
